- Execute transactions on your behalf without your explicit approval
- Have the ability to recover lost funds or reverse transactions
You maintain full custody and responsibility for your assets at all times.
5. Trading Risks
Warning: Cryptocurrency trading involves significant financial risk. By using the Tool, you acknowledge and accept that:
- You may lose all or part of your invested capital

- We are not responsible for blockchain network issues, gas fees, or failed transactions

- Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 USD

The Tool interacts with third-party services including:

- Wallet providers (MetaMask, Phantom, etc.)
- DeFi protocols and trading platforms
We are not responsible for these third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Tool at any time without notice. You may stop using the Tool at any time by removing the bookmarklet from your browser.
These Terms remain in effect even after you stop using the Tool, particularly provisions related to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international arbitration standards. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
